Ewok Mask and Costume Prototypes
Here is a set of Ewok unused and prototype costume and mask pieces. The first is an unused face mask without the hair applied to the front. For the filming of Return of the Jedi, Stuart Freeborn's crew made a series of different latex under masks before the hair was applied to the ewok's face, and this is one such example.

Here's a pair of tinted and pair of unpainted ewok eyes. Most of the ewok eyes used in masks were a tinted and unmovable (without eye lids, irises, etc.). The second image is of a a pair of yellow-tinted ewok eyes.

These are several different styles of latex ewok ears (with flashing still along the edges). Freeborn's crew were careful to add diversity to the ewok costumes with different masks, ears, noses, and eyes.

This image shows some ewok baby parts (hand and feet) along with some ewok fingers and toes that were added to the gloves and feet worn by the actors.

Here's a large section of ewok fur. There are quite a few different fur colors and patterns across the dozens of ewok costumes made for Return of the Jedi.

There is some variety in the styles of teeth used on the ewok masks. The ones shown here are designed for a moving jaw mechanism, although not all the ewok masks had a movable jaw.
