Power of the Force Laser Rifle Case: During the mid 1980's Kenner considered re-issuing many of the Return of the Jedi toys in Power of the Force packaging. Although, many such toys were pictured in the 1985 Kenner Toy Fair Catalog, few of these toys were actually produced in Power of the Force packaging.

Similar to the Power of the Force laser rifle (also unproduced), this laser rifle served as a storage case for the action figure line. It was originally issued in Return of the Jedi packaging (as the box indicates).

The closeup illustrates how POTF stickers were added to both sides of the rifle to update the toy for catalog photography.
