These are the earliest known bootlegs to come out of Poland; they date back to the early 1980’s. According to recent information uncovered the five pictured below were the only ones released, and they were part of two separate waves. My source tells me that the first four figures, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Han Solo, Princess Leia, and Tusken Raider, all came bagged with a header card similar to the Mexican Boba Fett featured in the bootleg section, however, the Polish figures came standing not sideways. These figures are all made of a hard plastic with the exception of Princess Leia. Leia has a torso made of hard plastic but the limbs feel much more like the hard rubber associated with the unarticulated line. Chewbacca was the only one of the Original figures to come loose and my source even recalls that Chewbacca was found in a different city while on Holiday. Besides being sold loose, the Chewbacca figure also differs in the fact that it is made of a much harder hollow plastic, so much so that it almost feels like a Hungarian bootleg.
