French Meccano Biker Scout 65-Back (Early Version): This carded figure is a French 65-back from the ROTJ series. The ROTJ 65-backs can have 2 types of fronts :

1) the SW/ESB release characters have a small ROTJ logo like this At-At Driver

2) the real ROTJ releases have a big ROTJ logo.

Of course, there are a very very few exceptions to some SW/ESB characters issued on 65-backs with both kind of logos.

French ROTJ cards where made with good quality. Unlike Tri-logos, each bubble was designed to the proportions of the action figure it was made for. However, the bubbles do not provide a plastic "bed" insert, nor were the weapons taped inside of them. Also note the copyright on the bottom right corner. It says "Fabriqué a Hong-Kong". This information varies depending on the release date of the card. "Made in hong-Kong" and "Fabriqué a Macau" can also be found. Moreover, this information was sometimes printed and sometimes added with a small sticker.
